3D printing

Modern machine park equipped with top class devices using environmentally friendly additive manufacturing technology. Innovative prototyping center is equipped with machines for 3D printing in SLS, FDM and SLA technologies. In addition to unrivaled quality, the equipment is environmentally certified.

Our 3D printers

SLS

Selective laser sintering is a popular 3D printing technology for creating precise and durable parts. The ability to produce durable parts makes them ideal for direct use, small to medium batch production and rapid prototyping.

FDM

We have five industrial 3D printers with working fields from 150x150x150 mm to 1000x1000x1300 mm, allowing us to achieve an accuracy of 0.1 mm. The printers have two heads, so that even the most complicated prints are of high quality.

SLA

Stereolithography is a 3D printing technology that creates extremely precise, high-resolution parts. These prints can be used directly in low-volume production or for rapid prototyping.

SLS

EOS Formiga P110 Velocis 3D printer – sets the standard for quality in SLS part manufacturing

EOS Formiga P110 Velocis

The EOS Formiga P110 Velocis 3D printer offers laser sintering polymer technology in its smallest, yet most accurate form. Velocis is an introduction to incremental manufacturing, being a compromise between productivity and operating cost. The flexibility of this system, lies in the ability to use multiple polymer materials and the much easier replacement of material with another, compared to larger SLS systems.
The 200 x 250 x 330 mm chamber allows building both small and medium-sized models, finished products or short production runs.

3D scanner

3D scanning makes it possible to create accurate digital replicas of real objects.

Artec Eva Lite 3D

Using a 3D scanner is a remarkable way to capture real objects and environments with incredible precision. The technology is used in various fields such as architecture, engineering, medicine and entertainment. 3D scanners enable accurate measurements, efficient prototyping and seamless integration with computer-aided design (CAD) software.

CNC

The 5-axis CNC machine makes it possible to produce accurate molds with advanced shapes, applicable to preparing molds for mass production.

HAAS UMC 750

5-axis machining is an efficient way to reduce setups and increase accuracy on multilayer and complex parts. Haas UMCs are economical solutions for 3+2-axis and simultaneous 5-axis machining. The UMC-750 has an integral tilting table, a 500 mm diameter platen with standard T-slots and a precision pilot hole for flexible clamping.  The table swivels from +120 to -35° and rotates 360°. This gives excellent clearance and high capacity.

Cutting plotter

Cosmotech’s Research and Development Center has the necessary facilities to produce carbon fiber laminates.

With the cutting plotters, the individual fiber layers are cut automatically, ensuring repeatability of their shape and orientation, minimizing waste, ensuring the properties of the finished laminates in accordance with the design.

Paint shop and grinding shop

The elements produced using the machines described above undergo abrasive processing in rooms with dust filtration, which eliminates the emission of harmful agents into the environment. Elements prepared in this way are then covered with appropriate varnish coats ensuring their resistance to UV radiation and external factors, giving them a desired, exclusive look.
